Everyday products, everyday prices. I want to replace the bathroom pull light switch with a ceiling mounted PIR. The ones I have found so far (on ebay) don't seem to be suitable to run a ventilation fan.
I want to run both the light and timed fan together. Is there a suitable ceiling mounted sensor available that would do the job? I have an existing PIR Sensor in my bathroom. This has failed meaning the light is permanently on.
The sensor is in-between the switch and a light. Upon inspecting the existing sensor, I can see: 4 wires coming from ceiling. - a capped yellow/green wire.
Hello, I'm replacing a bathroom pull cord switch with a PIR sensor. The existing switch has 2 brown wires and an Earth coming into it, but the PIR has connectors labelled L, A and N. Can anyone tell me how to match these up please? Is it OK to install a pir sensor on a wall in a bathroom to control the light?
