Any Known Good Contractors? (General, kitchen/bathroom remodels, hardscaping, etc) I'm currently struggling with contractors that seem to be far more expensive than what I would expect. Most of these contractors are quoting about $200k for two bathroom remodels, and a small kitchen remodel. This also doesn't include the materials.

Anyone Know A Reputable and Affordable Company for Bathroom Remodeling? My parents have a very old bathroom that needs a complete remodel. The tub, toilet and sink are all more than 15 years old. There is serious water damage to the wall and subfloor because a "contractor" my parents hired incorrectly repaired a plumbing leak.
That seems steep for a bathroom remodel, especially without major changes or high-end materials. I renovated my kitchen and a bathroom recently, both around 200 sq. ft, and it cost me less than half of that for both projects.
