The tub, toilet and sink are all more than 15 years old. There is serious water damage to the wall and subfloor because a "contractor" my parents hired incorrectly repaired a plumbing leak. Any Known Good Contractors? (General, kitchen/bathroom remodels, hardscaping, etc) I'm currently struggling with contractors that seem to be far more expensive than what I would expect.
