How do you get rid of fungus gnats when you have no plants? We've been dealing with obnoxious tiny little slow-flying gnats for a couple months now. At first I thought they were drain flies, but after pulling out my 40x lope and combining it with my phone camera, I'm 99% sure these are fungus gnats. Ever since I painted my guest bathroom ceiling, I notice we get these little black gnats sticking themselves to it.
They are dead on the ceiling. I never see gnats flying around the bathroom so I'm puzzled. They just randomly appear.
